1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Bhagwan Bharose ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of service

Bhagwan Bharose is a spiritual companion app for practitioners of Vaishnavism and Hinduism, providing:

• Vaishnava calendar with festival dates and Ekadashi timings.
• Panchang (Hindu astrological calendar) calculations.
• Japa (mantra chanting) counter and tracking.
• Community features for devotee interaction.
• Devotional wallpapers and lock-screen customization.
• Daily mantras and Bhagavad Gita verses.

3. User accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate profile information.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section.

4. Community guidelines

When using community features, you agree to:

• Be respectful — treat all devotees with kindness.
• No spam — do not post repetitive, misleading, or commercial content.
• No offensive content — do not post abusive, obscene, or violence-promoting material.
• No misinformation — do not spread false spiritual teachings or misattributed quotes.
• Respect copyright — only share content you have the right to share.

Violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

5. Content moderation

Community posts are moderated by community administrators. Users can report posts that violate community guidelines using the "Report Post" feature. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

• The App and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by BonBern Think Tank Studio Private Limited.
• Wallpaper images are sourced from licensed or public domain collections.
• Bhagavad Gita verses and acharya commentaries are from public domain sources.
• You retain ownership of content you create (posts, comments).
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content within the App.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
• Impersonate other users or spiritual authorities.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Panchang calculations will be 100% accurate for all locations.
• Festival dates will match every regional or sampradaya variation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Data & privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

11. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App or via our deletion page.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
